This collection is based off of characters, words, sayings, mishaps and everything in between from the TV show Awkward.
is an army green with a blue and gold sheen and a pink sparkle
found out that he was adopted in season 4. He put himself through the ringer and made some really bad choices (*cough*EVA*cough*) because he didn't know who to talk to. He should have talked to Jenna...
is a blackened pink with a pink and golden sparkle.
This color is clearly inspired by
. If you watch or know anything about the show, you know that Sadie is a bit of a b*tch, but I truly find her to be one of my favorite characters (though it is really hard to choose). She just tells everyone the way it is, she doesn't sugar coat anything. Maybe her delivery isn't the best but that is why we love her!
is a deep grayish purple with a strong gold sheen and subtle rose gold shimmer.
is definitely a strict teacher who likes to push the boundaries but it seems to really work out in the end. Jenna wasn't entirely happy about being in that class especially sitting next to Collin after everything went down but the pushing from Mr. Hart (who called them "Generation Whatever") really made Jenna realize who she is and who she wants to be.
is sheer violet with some peachy copper qualities and a blue sparkle. This color blends down to a pinky, peachy, coppery color depending on the light.
started off the series as the invisible girl, inspiring the name of her blog "Invisible Girl Daily". Shortly after camp she had some catastrophic coincidences happen that made her not so invisible anymore. Her blog changed to many different names throughout the last couple seasons but I think invisible girl is a perfect name for this color.
is a purpley pink base with a strong blue to purple shimmer.
This shade is not necessarily formed after a specific character, but mainly the lingo from the show which most of the time comes from
mouth. How can you not like her creative twists on words?
is a light gray base but shows more of a green, blue and purple duochrome once applied.
Status Unknown is a mix of
. I wanted something that represented their relationship and also reflected back to their individual shadows (green and blue for Matty & blue and purple for Jenna). Most of Matty & Jenna's relationship was never really defined. When they met he kept her a secret, then they were friends with benefits and now they are nothing (grrrrr, "Eva").
The New Girl
is a bright green with a lime green sheen and a green sparkle.
This shade is for
(AKA Eva Mansfield, AKA Amber Horn, AKA Psycho Skitch (Thanks Sadie)). Eva didn't show up until season 4 but was truly liked until she got with Matty. She started doing things to Jenna to taunt her (delete emails, leave underwear in her bed, tell Matty things that aren't true). You can truly tell that she is envious of Jenna (the reason why I chose green on green on green for her color) and is a little insane.
is a light brown with some taupe qualities and a purple/green shift.
This shade is for
. While this color is soft and delicate, we know that Sadie is far from that. She is best known for giving her peers a verbal bitch slap followed by her famous "you're welcome" line but when you see Sadie interact with Matty you can tell that she has a soft spot.
